Key Feature: Deeply traditional brewing techniques utilizing the pristine soft water of "The Water Capital," Hita.

 

Brand Philosophy: Kuncho is committed to preserving centuries-old, handmade sake methods, resulting in a rich, complex, and full-bodied flavor profile often absent in modern sake. They still brew within historic Edo-period buildings

(c. 1826), offering a true taste of Japanese brewing heritage.
