BOOKING POLICY
A reservation deposit of £20 or £50 (depending on the size of the party) is required.
The deposit is fully redeemable against your final bill and refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice, provided the cancellation is made by email.
Please note that refunds are not processed automatically when a booking is cancelled. To ensure your refund is issued, you must notify us by email at info@suzumesake.me.
We are more than happy to reschedule your reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances or last-minute changes to your plans.
If you do not see an available time slot suitable for your party, please contact us at info@suzumesake.me.
Our reservations team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable date or time.

Location?
We are located in 20 Red Bank, Green Quarter, M4 4HF, a 4 min walk from Victoria station
We are in an archway on the righthand side of the road once you’ve walked under the bridge and passed the Coop Local and the Spärrows restaurant on your left.
Please ring the bell!
Parking?
There is a pay and display car park directly behind the restaurant, otherwise there is street parking available.
Party size?
We take reservations for up to 6 people through our online reservation system.
For tables of 6-12, or for private hire please send your enquiry to info@thesuzumesake.me and we will do our best to accomodate your party.
If you require a highchair, please make sure to include it in your party size when booking.
Four-legged friends?
Dogs are welcome, please include a note on your booking to let us know they will be coming.
Dress Code?
Smart / casual as long as you are and other diners are comfortable
Can I come alone?
Single dinners always welcome !
