BSA Grand Tasting of Sakes 2025 - London
for the first time Suzume will join British Sake Association’s Grand Tasting in London with our festive selection of sake and umeshu.

"From Akita with Love" Hideyoshi Sake Social at Suzume
pairing dinner ( £65 + sake flight ) in celebration of over 336 years of continous production of one of the Akita Prefecture finest - Suzuki Shuzoten and their ongoing success of Hideyoshi sake.
During the evening you will meet the owner of the brewery - Ms Yoko Suzuki, who will personaly intoduce Hideyoshi sake and share with us special sddition of shizuki Daiginjo produced for the 330 anniversary of the brewery.

To extend our excitment we will also open superb Flying Pegasus Koshu Daiginjo.
