Join us for The Feminine Heart of Sake, an International Women’s Day tasting celebrating the women shaping modern Japanese sake brewing.

Taking place at Suzume, Arch 20, Red Bank on Thursday 5 March, 6 - 8pm, this guided session explores the historical and contemporary role of women in sake through a curated 5 x 50ml flight from breweries championing female leadership, paired with nibbles.

"From Akita with Love" Hideyoshi Sake Social at Suzume

pairing dinner ( £65 + sake flight ) in celebration of over 336 years of continous production of one of the Akita Prefecture finest - Suzuki Shuzoten and their ongoing success of Hideyoshi sake.

During the evening you will meet the owner of the brewery - Ms Yoko Suzuki, who will personaly intoduce Hideyoshi sake and share with us special sddition of shizuki Daiginjo produced for the 330 anniversary of the brewery.

To extend our excitment we will also open superb Flying Pegasus Koshu Daiginjo.

and let you try a preview of the next brewing generation of (20th) of Suzukis family represented by Hideko (second step) Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu - limited edition.
