Koimari Shuzo is located in Imari, Saga Prefecture, Kyushu. Established in 1909, it is run by Kumiko & Satoru Maeda - the fourth generation of a brewing family. They believe that good sake should reflect an understanding of changing times, knowledge, tradition, but - most of all - the passion of the makers. Their great passion is reflected through a number of national and international awards they receive each year for their delicious sake.
