Produced by Watanabe Shuzoten under the Hourai brand, Kaden Tezukuri Junmai Ginjo is a carefully crafted sake using Hidahomare rice polished to 55%. The brewery focuses on expressing the natural aroma and clarity of the rice, producing a balanced and approachable style.
This approachable style pairs easily with a wide variety of dishes and has gained international recognition, even being served in first class on ANA international flights.

This limited 2025 release from Koimari Shuzo celebrates the Year of the Snake, featuring a striking serpent motif on the label.
