Katafune together with his son Takeshi (tenth generation). Katafune (Kah-tah-foo-né) is there award winning line, 

which shows a rare sweet note for the usually dry and crisp Niigata sake. 'To drink Katafune,' says Shigenori Takeda, 

'is to enjoy the essence of sake.'
