Delicate orchard fruit, soft rice sweetness and crisp acidity lead to a clean, refreshing finish. Brewed by the small family-run Misuzu Sake Brewery using pure mountain spring water, it is equally enjoyable chilled, at room temperature or gently warmed, where its elegant balance continues to shine.
