This sake is a part of special series crafted with the future in mind, as the daughter of Hideyoshi prepares to one day take over the brewery. As a trial brew, production is limited. The label design reflects the image of a young girl growing day by day, symbolizing progress and evolution. Featuring two footprints, this is the second year of this brewing journey.

Crafted with Akita Yeast No.15, this sake is designed to deliver a gentle, delicate aroma. Its soft ginjo fragrance and light, elegant sweetness gracefully unfold on the palate, while a touch of acidity provides a clean, refreshing finish.
