Ingredients | Rice, water, koji, yeast.

 

Tasting notes | Prominent notes of ripe melon, pineapple, and cooked pear.

Hints of tropical fruits like guava or lychee.
Floralnotes of gentle white flower blossoms.

It has a velvety, oily, and viscous texture 

The finish clean and crisp.

 

Temperature: Best served chilled (around 10-15°C / 50-60°F) to tighten the sweetness and highlight the fruity aromas. However, because it is full-bodied, it can also stand up to being served at room temperature, where the umami notes will expand further.

 

Food pairings

Seafood: Grilled fatty fish (like Mackerel or Salmon), Eel (Unagi), or tempura.
Meat: Roasted duck, pork belly, or dishes with sweet glazes (like Teriyaki).
Western Cuisine: Creamy pasta dishes, foie gras, or soft cheeses (like Camembert).
