Inspired by an orchard after the rain, this hazy Junmai is brewed with natural pink yeast and minimally polished Omachi rice. Bursting with juicy orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness and bright, refreshing acidity, it finishes with a soft natural cloudiness. At just 8% ABV, it's light, vibrant and unlike almost any other sake. Serve well chilled, or top with sparkling water for the brewery's signature "Raindrop Highball".
