A lightly sweet Nigori made with Yamada Nishiki rice and coarsely filtered to retain its signature cloudiness. Creamy rice notes are balanced by gentle orchard fruit and a clean, refreshing finish that keeps the sweetness beautifully in check. Part of the Kuncho Next series, this modern nigori offers a smooth, approachable style that's equally enjoyable on its own or paired with spicy dishes, seafood or creamy cheeses.
