Part of the experimental MK Series, this Junmai Ginjo showcases Akita-grown Hinomaru rice and the brewery's own proprietary yeast. Expressive aromas of ripe banana and pineapple lead into a palate where gentle sweetness and bright acidity are beautifully balanced. Brewed exclusively with yellow koji from the 2024 vintage onwards, MK-X offers a softer, more natural finish while retaining its vibrant, fruit-forward character. Best enjoyed lightly chilled in a wine glass to appreciate its aromatic complexity.
