Crafted by steeping the rare Tsuyuakane plum, a vibrant hybrid of Japanese apricot and plum, in premium Ginjo sake before blending with fragrant Nanko plums. Elegant notes of red berries, stone fruit and delicate floral aromas are balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. Reminiscent of a fine rosé, it develops gentle strawberry notes with time.
