Created by Shinri Distillery, Okinawa's oldest distillery, Niisato Whisky blends Scotch whisky with spirit crafted from 13-year-aged oak-matured awamori. Further matured in heavily charred new oak barrels and bottled non-chill filtered, it offers layers of vanilla, toasted oak, gentle spice and a subtle sweetness from the aged rice spirit. Rich yet remarkably smooth, it's equally enjoyable neat, over ice or in a highball, where its depth of flavour continues to shine. Winner of a Gold Award at the Japan Food Selection 2025 and Bronze at the IWSC 2024.
