APPEARANCE
Deep, golden amber with a velvety viscosity.
NOSE
Rich and "greedy" (gourmand). Prominent notes of quetsche (damson plum) and almond are immediately apparent, backed by sweet honeycomb and a distinct malty, oaky aroma from the whisky base.
PALATE
Round, velvety, and perfectly balanced between sweet and sour.
Primary: Intense candied apple and ripe Japanese Ume plum.
Secondary: The whisky influence cuts through the sweetness with notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of spice.
Texture: Silky and coating, without being cloying.
Finish Long, sweet, and persistent. The fruitiness transitions into a lingering black cherry note, leaving a gentle warming sensation and a woody, whisky aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions
Neat or on the Rocks: To fully appreciate the transition from plum to whisky.
Highball: Mixed with soda water (1:3 ratio) for a refreshing summer drink that highlights the oaky notes.
Perfect for gentme warming 40C on the cold days.
Store in cool, dark place. Refrigerate once open.
