Futsushu

Futsushu, or Regular Sake, refers to sake that does not meet the requirements for the designated sake categories such as Junmai, Ginjo or Daiginjo.

There are no specific rice-polishing requirements for Futsushu, and the brewing process can vary considerably between producers.
