Beautiful golden straw colour. Full-bodied aroma of vanilla and coconut. Mellow, elegant, deep flavor. This shochu is made from the finest daiginjo sake lees and single distillation, than aged for over three years in various wood barrels including : Mizunara, sherry, brandy, bourbon, and American white oak
How to enjoy:
1) straight for more full body expression
2) on ice with food
3) with a dash of water to finish it off
*When pouring into a glass, add the shochu first,
then the water.
The recommended ratio shochu:water = 5:5 or 6:4.
