Watanabe Shuzo

£65.00

Brewery | Watanabe Shuzoten

Alc | 35%

Volume | 720ml  /25.8 UK Units

It has a full-bodied aroma like vanilla and coconut and a mellow, elegant, deep flavor that can only come from long-term aging.
This amber-colored, long-term barrel-stored shochu is made from the finest ginjo sake lees and single distillation, and stored for over three years in Mizunara, sherry, brandy, bourbon, and American white oak barrels in the main building of a registered tangible cultural property, a treasure of Japan.

1) Enjoy the full aroma straight out of the bottle.
2) If you want to enjoy it as a food sake, we recommend drinking it on the rocks!
3) We recommend drinking it with water to finish it off. When pouring into a glass, add the shochu first, then the water.

The recommended ratio is shochu:water = 5:5 or 6:4.
